PROJECT 02 · INDUSTRIAL I/O

Micro PLC — 64 isolated inputs, 64 solid-state outputs, one Ethernet cable

A large remote-I/O controller powered over Ethernet: 128 channels, each with its own status LED, controlled from a SCADA system, the cloud or a phone browser.

drag = rotate · wheel = zoom
64opto-isolated digital inputs
64solid-state MOSFET relay outputs — silent, no contact wear
1cable: Ethernet data + Power over Ethernet (or Wi-Fi)
670components on a 302 × 124 mm board, machine-assembled
Modbus TCP server for SCADA and PLCs, several clients at once.
MQTT with JSON messages — changes are published instantly, commands arrive the same way.
Built-in web interface for control and configuration, from any browser.
Firmware updates from the browser (OTA), settings kept in non-volatile memory, hardware watchdog.
34 pluggable terminal blocks with grouped commons — fast wiring and replacement.
Ethernet or Wi-Fi, configuration mode with its own access point, service console over USB.
Interactive demo

The device serves its own web interface

No app to install: open the board's address on a phone or PC to see every input live, switch outputs, configure the network and MQTT, or upload new firmware. Try it — tap the outputs.

Demo only: values are simulated in your browser.
